While indosearch.in will use such information in accordance with this Statement, it does not always have control over how such information is used or disclosed by co-brand partners. The co-brand partner, on the other hand, is bound by their privacy policies. If you have any questions or concerns about such privacy policies, please contact the co-brand partner.
You may request that your registration to the site be cancelled or that your registration information be removed from member records, which permission may or may not be granted. Indosearch.in will, however, send you an email to confirm your request. In most cases, indosearch.in will remove your information from its "live" database after you respond, but residual information may remain in archives and records. Changes to your registration information may not be propagated to indosearch.in's co-brand partners who have received such information. Furthermore, if your account is terminated due to violations of the Agreement, indosearch.in may retain some of your registration information to prevent re-registration..
The site automatically displays all information you submit as part of an Opinion (so long as it passes the software filters). indosearch.in may use such information in accordance with the Agreement's license. This includes the right to use the Opinion or teaser portions of the site (including your identity and photo) on other websites and offline. Please be aware that if you registered through a co-branded site, indosearch.in may be required to transfer your Opinions to co-brand partners for use and display. You can change an Opinion at any time using the tools available on each Opinion page, subject to the limitations discussed in the Agreement. If you want to remove an Opinion, you can do so on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the reason for your request, it may or may not be granted. Indosearch.in will always protect your privacy, as stated in this policy. If the Opinion has been transferred to other sites or parties, your changes may not be reflected there.
Commenting on other people's Opinions automatically reveals your identity. Even if you rated the Opinion anonymously, this is true. If indosearch.in transfers the associated Opinion, indosearch.in may choose to transfer your comments to third parties.
Through the tools that edit your personal profile page, indosearch.in allows you to display a wide range of personal information about yourself. As you can see when you edit your preferences on this page, you have the option of displaying or hiding this information, and you can change it at any time (although, as discussed elsewhere, it may not be possible to propagate all of these changes instantly or ever). For example, you can opt to be notified via email whenever a specific other member posts an Opinion or a comment, or whenever a new Opinion is posted about a specific company. If you choose to be notified when another member posts an Opinion or comment, that member will be able to see that you did so.
indosearch.in analyzes the site and user behavior, troubleshoots technical problems, resolves disputes and addresses complaints, and prepares aggregated reports that are shared with others, including indosearch.in management, using all of the information in its databases, including personal information you've submitted, and other server and usage logs.

If you are notified of privacy practices that differ from those described in this Privacy Statement while submitting information on the site, those alternative disclosures will govern that submission.
