IndoSearch  began in 2023 with a simple yet powerful idea that is more relevant today than ever — to be the universal symbol of trust, bringing consumers and businesses together through reviews.
IndoSearch  is open, independent, and impartial — we help consumers make the right choices and businesses to build trust, grow and improve

We have more than 100 employees and we’re headquartered in delhi  with operations across India.
 

How do reviews get on IndoSearch?

Reviews on IndoSearch are written by consumers from across the India. Anyone who has had a recent had a service experience can write a review, for free, as long as they have a IndoSearch user account, follow our Guidelines for Reviewers, and don’t have a conflict of interest with the business they’re reviewing. A user account must be connected to an email address so we can get in touch for account- and service- related issues.
All reviews about a business are shown on their profile page. This is where users can read and write reviews, and find other relevant information about the business, such as the overall reviews and star rating.

Real reviews by real people

Indo Search gives everyone a voice. Anyone with a genuine experience can share a review, whether it's positive or negative. We treat all reviews fairly and we don’t allow companies to remove a review just because they don’t like it.
We see reviews as content created by users, and only they can edit or permanently delete their reviews through their account.
As long as a user has an Indo Search account, their reviews will stay. If they delete their account, all their reviews will be permanently removed as well.

We consider reviews to be user-generated content owned by their author, and they are the only one who can edit or permanently delete their reviews. This can be done through their user account.

Unless a user permanently deletes their individual reviews, we keep reviews for as long as the user has an Indo Search account. When a user deletes their account, all of their reviews are also permanently deleted.
